Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The CRC School caters for students aged 3-18 years who have a primary physical disability and may have a learning disability.The school is a special school under the patronage of the Central Remedial Clinic.
Essential Criteria:
- a minimum of 1 year experience of working in a special school setting
- training in the areas of manual handling and behaviour management
- Experience drawing up and implimenting IEPs
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience/ training in alternative and augmentative forms of communication
Shortlisting will apply.
Interviews will be held in the week beginning August 21st 2017.
All applicants must be currently registered with the Teaching Council. Appointment is subject to garda vetting, medical fitness and reference checking. Successful candidates must be available one day before official start date for Croke Park hours.
