Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The successful candidate(s) may be assigned to either a mainstream class or a Special Education Teaching (SET) position. The final allocation of duties will be determined in accordance with the school's needs and priorities. Initial duties may be subject to change in line with the evolving needs of the school.
Essential Minimum Requirements

Applicants must provide evidence of a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education.
Applications must include the contact details (including mobile telephone numbers) of a minimum of two professional referees.

Previous experience as a senior end mainstream class teacher.
A willingness and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in leading sacramental music.
Experience in organising and leading extracurricular and after-school activities.
Experience of working with children with complex additional needs in a mainstream setting.
Experience working in a DEIS school setting.

Verification of qualifications.
Confirmation of registration with the Teaching Council.
Evidence of a recognised Certificate to Teach Religious Education.
Compliance with current Garda Vetting requirements.
Compliance with Occupational Health requirements.
