Donore N.S is seeking to appoint a dedicated and reliable Caretaker for 24 hours per week
The caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the school:
- Open and close the school daily, ensuring the premises remain secure, including outside school hours when required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment through minor repairs and general upkeep , key holding duties with experience in DIY skills.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards in the course of work
- Provide a positive, helpful presence within the school community, supporting pupils, staff, and visitors.
The appointment is subject to Garda Vetting and reference checks. The position is subject to a 6-month probation period.
