An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

We are recruiting for two permanent SNA positions: (1) One post consists of an Infant day (0.83) SNA position (2) The second post is a part-time 0.33 contract (10 hours 30 minutes per week) which will be split over 5 days from Monday to Friday.

Applicants must have qualifications as per Department of Education & Skills Circular 0030/2014. Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible and have a strong work ethic. They must also have experience working as an SNA in a classroom setting with students with complex needs. Particular experience with ASD is recommended.
