POST DETAILS
Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This position is a part-time post of 12.5 hours per week.
Interviews for this position will take place on Friday, 1st November 2024 with the following criteria:
1. Professional qualifications and teaching experience to date.
2. Familiarity with, and willingness to uphold the Church of Ireland ethos of the school.
3. Experience of teaching within a team (working alongside a class teacher/ other support teachers).
4. Knowledge of and experience of delivering a variety of strategies specifically around the area of numeracy.
5. Willingness to work as part of a team and engage in team-teaching.
6. Knowledge of and experience of working with children with ASD and other behavioural difficulties.
