WWETB invites applications for the following post which may arise for the academic year 2024/2025, subject to the Director of Redeployment agreeing to the posts being filled, following completion of the 2023 scheme.
Teacher of
Home Economics at Gorey Hill School, Wexford.
Pro-rata contract for 2024/25 academic year – expected start date 11th September 2024.
11 hours per week scheduled over 3 days.
The successful candidate should have experience in working with students with moderate to severe/profound general learning disabilities and autism.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver a life skills curriculum and Level 1 and 2 programmes for Junior and Senior Cycle.
Experience working in a special school setting is desirable.
Salary, Qualifications and Conditions of Service in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Department of Education.
