An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The Board of Management initially advertised these permanent vacancies on the 12th day of July, 2024 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Kildare & leighlin. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 17th day of July, 2024.
The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement to the 19th day of July, 2024.
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill these permanent vacancies through open competition.
There are 3 vacancies to be filled. The successful candidates may be deployed as an ASD class teacher, Mainstream teacher or SEN teacher, depending on the needs of the school, and will be subject to the schools policy of rotation. Interviews will be held on the week of Monday 5th August. Deadline for receipt of applications is 12 noon on Friday 2nd August.
