An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

There is at least one Fixed-Term SET Post but also a Maternity Leave in our SET Department that we will fill from this Application Process, if possible.
These SET Posts are Learning Support Teaching Posts; the work of which is primarily to provide support in both Literacy and Numeracy and in some cases to help students build capacity re. social and emotional wellbeing. It will be possible for success for a successful candidate to complete the Droichead Process in this setting.
