An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Darley NS is a 5 mainstream teacher school with two special classes, an ASD class & Deaf and Hearing Impaired class. Pupils from both special classes will be integrated into mainstream classes for some curricular areas. The ASD class is a new class for Darley NS and will open in August 2024

This post is initially for an ASD class teacher but subject to change upon review. Experience and knowledge of teaching in an ASD class is desirable.

Shortlisted candidates, who are being called for interview, will be emailed shortly after the closing date. Candidates called for interview should be available for in person interviews only, between August 7th-12th.
