An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Our school has been granted an additional mainstream classroom teacher due to increased enrolment. This post is a temporary position until the department ensures that the numbers remain on the 30th of September, after this time the post becomes a full time fixed term position for the full year. If the numbers are not reached the post will be finish on the 25th of October. We have never experienced a post being pulled before as we have always reached the required enrolment and we do not envisage the post being pulled this year.

We are a nurture school in a DEIS band one area of Finglas South. This year we will be training with Michelle Stowe in RP and we will be working with Nurture International. If you have an interest in nurture and promoting positive relationships please send in your application to our email.
