An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management wishes to invite expressions of interest in a one year fixed term teacher vacancy, for children with Mild General Learning Disabilities. Catherine McAuley Special School caters for pupils with Mild General Learning Disabilities at both primary and post primary levels. The school has 27 classes in total of pupils with
learning needs.
Appointment will be subject to current vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
