Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The Board of Management initially advertised these permanent vacancies on the Staffroom.ie website on the 17th of June 2024 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Kilmore.
The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 22nd of June 2024. The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on that website to the 24th June 2024.
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill these permanent vacancies through open competition.
The initial duties of one of these posts will be for a mainstream multi-grade class.
The initial duties of the other post will be teaching a class for children with Autism.
Experience of working with children with additional needs is favourable.
If called for interview, the applicant must be available to attend interview in person at the time and date.
Please enclose a copy of your Garda Vetting, Teaching Council registration and Certificate to Teach Religious Education with this application.
Appointment will be subject to, but not limited to, confirmation of qualifications, satisfactory references and compliance with current Garda Vetting and OHS requirements.
