An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

It is essential to have relevant experience, skills and qualifications for working with children at primary school level. Experience in working with children with ASD, self regulation issues, complex needs and challenging behaviours is desirable.
Candidates must be able to work as part of a team, be flexible, display a strong work ethic and a willingness to avail of further training.
Following shortlisting, only shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview.
Invitation to interview will be sent via email.
