An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
*This post equates to 0.5 of a post. This post requires the successful applicant to work as part of a job share. They will be asked to work one week on and one week off. They will be given a fixed term contract for the year.
A pro rata requirement of Croke Park hours will also attach to this post.
It is essential to have relevant experience, skills and qualifications working with young children in a primary school setting, potentially dealing with challenging behaviours, ASD, mobility and self-regulation issues.
Candidates must be able to work well within a team, display a strong work ethic, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training.
Fire Aid training would be an advantage.

Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, compliance with Garda Vetting requirements, Túsla Children First Certificate. pre-employment medical screening and Patron approval.
