Panel of Applicants:

An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Additional Information:

Scoil Chormaic is a Special school which provides educational provision for students with Mild General Learning Disabilities and/or students with a diagnosis of Autism (aged 3-18yrs)
Essential Critera:
Candidates must have experience working in a Special School setting such as Scoil Chormaic
Desirable Criteria;
Candidates with a level 6 qualification in Childcare and/or level 6 SNA course/ intellectual disabilities studies course: experience with communication systems, evidence based interventions and experience with behaviour related care needs would be considered highly desirable.
There are 4 fixed term Sna posts also available.
