An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Knowledge and experience of working with children with additional needs and ASD desirable. Candidates should be enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and be able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team capacity.
The successful candidate will also be required to participate in in-school training and planning outside of school hours.
The successful candidate will be expected to respect the confidentiality of the pupils and school matters at all times and to respect and uphold the school's Catholic ethos.
Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
Applicants who are deemed to be on the SNA Supplementary Panel must furnish a certified copy of completed Panel Form (PF1) with their application.
Only those candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted and will be contacted by email.
