An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The initial duties of this position are those of a Special Education Teacher but may be subject to change. This post is for 16.8 hours per week and candidates must be available to work Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Previous experience working in a multi-grade setting, experience working in S.E.T. and full probation are essential.

Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and current Teaching Council registration. In order to be eligible for appointment to this position candidates must hold a certificate in R.E.
