If I have a query, how do I get help?
EducationPosts.ie is a web based service and all queries need to be submitted via email.
Access the Contact Us form on the Help tab.
Emails are answered in order of receipt between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Queries submitted outside of these times, or during public holidays, will be reviewed the next working day.
