Applicants for this position must have a Certificate to teach RE.
In addition the following skills experience and knowledge are desirable:
Previous teaching experience across all classes in a multi-grade school setting
Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development
Evidential experience of managing people (in any setting)
Proven ability to work as a member of a team
Excellent communication skills
Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload
Proven Leadership Skills
Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives
Previous experience in policy development
Candidates must demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School.
