A growing and developing school is seeking a Caretaker for 20 hours a week initially (4hrs a day).
Duties will cover; repair and maintenance of furniture and items around the school, upkeep of school grounds, cleaning of hallways, hall and staircases, seasonal activities, general upkeep of a new building.
The successful candidate must be able to work from their initiative and be able to priorities jobs.
The successful candidate does require flexibility to meet out of hours / weekend work men/women and professionals.
The ideal candidate requires to have carpentry skills as well as able to complete basic plumbing and/or electrical duties.
This role will grow as the school grows.
