Additional Information:
Our Lady of Lourdes (OLOL) invites applications from suitably qualified, enthusiastic and committed teachers for a Learning Support position in our school.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate teacher to join our welcoming school community and support students in reaching their full potential through inclusive, student-centred teaching and learning. The successful candidate will work with students across a range of year groups, providing targeted support to meet diverse learning needs and helping students develop the skills, confidence and independence necessary to succeed in their education.
Experience working within a Learning Support Department and/or supporting students for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL) would be beneficial, although this is not an essential requirement. We welcome applications from teachers who are enthusiastic about inclusive education, committed to meeting the needs of all learners and eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
OLOL is a small, growing, all-girls school with a strong commitment to providing a high-quality education in a caring, inclusive and student-centred environment. Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to nurture each student's academic, personal, social and emotional development, encouraging every young person to discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
We are proud of our supportive school community, where positive relationships, mutual respect and a genuine care for our students are at the heart of all we do. We warmly welcome applications from teachers who share our enthusiasm for education and who would enjoy contributing their skills, experience and ideas to our school.
Applicants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the ethos and mission of OLOL before applying. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the school's values and contribute positively to our wider school community.
