The Board of Management of St. Joseph's Co-ed. invites applications for the role of part-time caretaker (4 hrs per day).
The role involves;
• light gardening,
• maintenance of the building and outdoor facilities,
• general repairs (such as plumbing, boiler house, painting, door repairs),
• liaising with professional tradespeople and other ad-hoc duties as necessary,
• basic manual handling and health & safety understanding,
• key-holder and security role.
