Additional Information:
This is a full-time substitute post to cover a maternity leave. Hours are aligned with standard primary school classroom hours, plus arrival/dispersal periods as per Department of Education Circulars. Pro-rata Croke Park hours will apply.
The role will entail working with a number of children in a mainstream setting
Experience desirable in ASD, ADHD and managing behaviours of concern. Candidates must be able to work well as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team of teaching and non-teaching colleagues, be good communicators, be flexible, display a strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to engage in further training.
Please include all required documentation and a copy of a current Statutory Declaration. Appointment will be subject to Garda vetting and occupational health screening. Initial duties may be subject to change.
