The Board of Management invites applications for the position of School Transport Escort for a specific route servicing students attending St. Patrick’s Central NS, Kilmaine.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Escorting the pupils safely to and from school.
-Assist students boarding and exiting the vehicle safely. ensuring that the pupils are received by the responsible adult at each set down point
-Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, school staff, and the transport driver.
Experience working with children (particularly children with additional needs) is desirable.
Appointment is subject to satisfactory National Vetting Bureau (Garda Vetting) clearance, occupational health screening, and references.
Commencement date is dependent on the completion of Garda Vetting.
