An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a 0.5 SNA post. We are seeking an energetic, caring and proactive Special Needs Assistant who is responsive to the additional needs of pupils, demonstrates initiative in their work and is committed to supporting children to reach their full potential. The successful candidate should have the relevant qualifications and experience for this role.
In addition, the successful candidate must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.
This maternity leave position is until 18th April 2027. The role may be extended further if additional leave cover is required.

Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
It is a requirement to hold a valid Statutory Declaration and to complete the Form of Undertaking for this position upon offer of employment.
