This is a 0.75 SNA maternity leave post.
We are seeking an energetic, caring and proactive Special Needs Assistant who is responsive to the needs of pupils, demonstrates initiative in their work, and is committed to supporting children to reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive school environment.
The successful candidate should have some experience with autistic students and a solid understanding of ASD and methodologies used in school settings. In addition the successful candidate must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
