An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This position is for a part-time SNA post (0.75 of a standard SNA post).

Your CV should provide a clear overview of your qualifications, relevant training and certifications, work experience, and any skills, interests, or talents that are relevant to the SNA role. Details of a minimum of 2 professional referees must also be included.

The following skills and experience are desirable:
CPD on autism and/or experience of working with children with autism.
CPD on medical needs and/or experience of working with children with medical needs.
Practical experience promoting positive behaviour strategies.
CPD on challenging behaviour and/or experience of working with children with challenging behaviour.
Ability to work well within a team.
