Enable Ireland Sandymount School invites applications from suitable qualified candidates for the position of Special Needs Assistants.
Our school caters for pupils from ages 4-18 years with physical and complex medical needs.
We seek kind, hard-working team players to join our school.
Duties will be in line with the most recent circular available online on www.education.ie
Applicants should also demonstrate a professional, flexible, self-motivated and caring approach to the role and display initiative in working with pupils with complex needs.
It would be desirable for candidates to have experience of working in a special school including working with pupils of all ages, assisting pupils with intimate care, feeding and accessing activities.
Additional relevant qualifications such as Lámh and manual handling would be desirable.

1 Fixed Term SNA Posts available. We are also looking to establish a panel of SNAs for relief work.
