An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St Philips Senior N.S. is a DEIS Band 1 school in Dublin 15. We are seeking applications for a two SNA positions (one full-time and one half-time).
The successful candidates will be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic and show a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
The positions will involve working closely with class teachers and the Special Education Team to support pupils with additional care needs. The successful candidates will be required to support more than one pupil during the school day, and are expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
The successful candidates will be required to engage in relevant CPD and participate in Croke Park hours.
Appointments will be subject to, but not limited to, current Garda vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and satisfactory references.
