Enable Ireland Sandymount School is seeking one fully qualified fixed term Special Class teacher starting on 24 August 2026.

Enable Ireland is a special school for pupils aged 4-18 with physical and complex needs.
Applicants should demonstrate a professional, flexible, self-motivated and caring approach to the role and display initiative in working with pupils with complex needs.
It would be desirable for candidates to have experience of working in a special school. The ability to work as part of a team is a necessity.

Shortlisting will apply and only those shortlisted will be contacted by email. This post will be filled in accordance with Department of Education guidelines and circulars, medical fitness from Medmark and Vetting disclosure from the National Vetting Bureau.

Applicants MUST have a teaching council number under Route 1 (Primary), Route 2 (Post Primary) or Route 4 (other) to be eligible for this post.
