An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Scoil Bhríde is a vertical school with 4 mainstream classes and 3 well established classes for pupils with Autism. This fixed term is for one of our mainstream classes.
Working as a team is a crucial component in creating an inclusive, integrated and successful learning environment for all of our pupils. Teachers and SNAs in special classes and mainstream classes work closely together.
We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and committed teacher who:
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive education.
• Has excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates creativity, adaptability and initiative.
• Is committed to working as part of a multidisciplinary and whole-school team approach.
• Has a strong commitment to student wellbeing, communication and positive behaviour support.
