An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The first position is a permanent role for 4 hours 16 mins per day covering both breaks( 0.66 SNA) from the beginning of the 2026/27 academic year.
The next position is 1.0 SNA on Fixed term temporary contract covering SNA career break.
PF1 holders must include a certified copy of the completed form.

The successful candidate will be expected to respect the confidentiality of students at all times.
The successful candidates may work in the special class ( Autism / MGLD) and / or mainstream classes under allocation by Principal.
Experience of working in a DEIS Band 1 school is advantageous. Experience of working with children with Autism, early child development and other additional care needs is desirable.

This appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening, completion of Children First online training and our SNA allocation is subject to NCSE review at any stage.
