We have currently 2 SNA vacancies (1.5 SNA's) available. Both vacancies are Dept granted as Temporary Allocation to support Ukrainian Students .
The allocation of SNA posts are currently reviewed on circa 6 weeks basis, based on up-to-date enrolment data on POD/PPOD at that point and will be adjusted upwards if the enrolments increase in line with the thresholds above.
Vacancy 1 = 32 hours Temporary/Fixed Term
Vacancy 2 = 16 hours Temporary/Fixed Term

If enrolments have dropped below the thresholds, any change to the allocation will be applied at the end of the relevant school term (e.g. Christmas 2026).
It is important to note that these posts are allocated on a temporary basis only and the school should not create any permanent role on the basis of these temporary hours.
Please note as per DE advice:
The posts are effective from 1st September 2026 to 18th of December 2026.
THIS TEMPORARY RESOURCE CEASES ON THE 18/12/26. ONLY SCHOOLS THAT QUALIFY FOR TEMPORARY RESOURCES FOR THE NEXT TERM WILL RECEIVE A LETTER OF CONFIRMATION CIRCA 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO END OF THE PRESENT TERM.
