St Kevin's JNS is a small urban junior mainstream school with 2 special classes.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, kind and nurturing teachers to join our staff.
Applicants should have experience of working with children with trauma based behaviours and/or complex special educational needs in both a mainstream and a special class setting.
We are currently advertising for:
1 X 1year FT teaching position either in a mainstream class or SET
Additionally:
1X FT EAL teacher (pending enrolments of 30th Sept 2026)*
1 X FT teacher (pending enrolments of 30th Sept 2026)*
* The BoM wish to advise all applicants that these positions maybe suppressed by the Department of Education if we do not meet the projected enrollment figures.

The successful candidate must have Garda vetting, teaching council number, medical assessment through Medmark and must complete Tusla safe guarding course
The school is happy to support NQT's through the Droichead process
All interviews will take place in the school on Friday 21st August 2026
