An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

We cater for children that have a diagnosed moderate or severe and profound learning difficulty, autism and complex care needs.
Bus Route Location: Charlestown to Cregg, Sligo.
Starting 27th August 2026
The bus departs from Curry Co. Sligo. It may be possible for bus to collect you en-route to Charlestown or meet you somewhere convenient if live near the area.
This can be discussed at interview stage.
Experience Required: Experience of working with children and/or children with Special Needs preferable, but not essential. Must be kind, caring, patient and work well with children.
Responsibilities: Accompany/supervise students with Special Needs to and from school, on school transport.
Will be required to engage with parents/school via WhatsApp, regarding bus delays, pickup times and school closures.
Hours of work: Term-Time only (You will not be required to work during school holidays).
Monday to Friday.
Exact times to be confirmed with Bus Eireann, but likely to be the following:
7.30am – 9.30am
3.00pm - 5.00pm
