St. Anthony's BNS will be the Base School. The successful candidates will be required to provide substitute cover in all of the cluster schools, which make up the Cork East Supply Panel. There are twelve schools in this cluster all within a 15km radius of St. Anthony's BNS.
The purpose of the Supply Panel is to provide substitute cover in a designated cluster of schools for teachers who are absent on short term substitutable leave. Supply panel teachers will
- be appointed to St. Anthony's BNS (the base school) under a fixed-term contract for one year from the 01/09/2026 until the 31/8/2027.
- be required to provide substitute cover in all schools in a designated cluster and may be deployed into a variety of settings including various class standards (including multi-grade), special education settings, special classes & special schools.

Supply panel teachers will gain great experience in a range of different settings as well as the flexibility of working in mainstream, SET, special classes, multi-grade settings etc.
