An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The position advertised is a Fixed-Term position for the 2026/2027 school year arising from a job-share.

The successful candidate may be assigned to a mainstream class or a special education teaching post - the final decision on assignment will be determined in line with school needs and priorities. Initial duties may be subject to change as required by the school.

Applicants for this position must have a recognised Certificate in Religious Education. The appointment will be subject to current Vetting requirements & OHS.

The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
• Probation
• Experience of teaching in a similar sized co-educational school
• Multigrade teaching experience
• Evidence of working with children with complex needs in a mainstream setting

Candidates must show a willingness to work as part of a team, be flexible and display a strong work ethic.
