Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a 0.5 SNA position. The successful candidate's contracted hours may be worked over four or five days per week, depending on the needs of the school, and is subject to change.

Knowledge and experience of working with children with autism, including special class setting is advantageous. A kind, playful, patient, professional, energetic attitude and a willingness to undertake CPD are essential.

The position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review. Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements, occupational health screening and completion of Children First online training.
It is a requirement to hold a valid Statutory Declaration and to complete the Form of Undertaking for this position upon offer of employment.
