Post 1: Permanent Full-Time Special Needs Assistant
Post 2: A part-time (0.5) SNA post available on a Specified Purpose Contract for Term 1. Please note this allocation is renewed on a termly basis by the National Council for Special Education (NCSE).This post is for the hours 8.50am to 12 midday daily. Please note this allocation is renewed on a termly basis by the National Council for Special Education (NCSE).
Previous experience and specific competencies to meet the needs of children with additional and complex care needs, and an awareness of restorative practice, are desirable.
A genuine commitment to supporting the needs of our pupils, the capacity to work flexibly as part of a team, and an understanding of the inclusive, caring ethos of the school are essential.
The interviews for these posts are provisionally planned for 31st July 2026.This date may be subject to change.
