Additional Information:
Rutland NS is a vibrant inner city primary school with a strong nurturing ethos and the welfare of the children at our core. We have an active Student Council because the voice of the child is important to us.
As a NEIC (North East Inner City) school, we are involved in two exciting Department of Education projects - the NEIC Multi Disciplinary Team and City Connects, both of which seek to support and provide extra services for children. Working with these projects is a great opportunity for professional development for teachers.
Experience of working or school placement in DEIS schools and training in Restorative/Trauma Informed Practice are all highly desirable.
Closing date for applications is 12 noon on Tuesday 7th July. Applications must include the mobile number of referees.
Interviews will take place on Thursday 9th July.
One of the positions may involve initial duties as a Special Education Support Teacher. There is also a long term subbing position (extended mat leave available).
