St. Oliver’s Special School caters for children with moderate and severe to profound intellectualdisabilities; including autism. It is essential that suitable candidates have experience in a special school, as well as experience of working with pupils with multiple disability, autism andbehaviours that challenge. Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience in the management of students with behaviours that challenge and have experience of the
following: TEACCH, Lámh, Manual Handling, CPI and FEDS.
Appointment will be subject, but not limited to: satisfactory references, current vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
