An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
There are 3 positions available:
1 x Fixed Term mainstrean class teacher position covering a job share for the 2026/27 school year.
1 x Fixed Term Projected Enrolment Post. The school has been granted 1 projected enrolment post for September 2026. This post will be a Temporary-fixed term contract initially offered until October 23rd 2026. If the required enrolment has not materialised on 30th September 2026 the post will be suppressed.
1 x substitute mainstream class teacher position for the full school year.
National Vetting Bureau and Occupational Health:
All new employees must be Garda Vetted under the new arrangements made with the Teaching Council. The school must have proof of this before a teacher is allowed to take up work.
Teachers will also have to complete OHS with Medmark prior to taking up the role.
