Harold's Cross National School is a vibrant, co-educational, double-stream school. We are looking for an enthusiastic SNA to join our dedicated staff. Our staff work in strong partnership with parents to ensure that every student's full potential is realised.
We are currently inviting applications for a full-time SNA position for the 2026/2027 school year. The school re-opens on August 27th, with a staff planning day on August 26th.
The appointment is subject to Department of Education Circular 0049/2026 and the NCSE SNA allocation for the school year. The post is also subject to the SNA Redeployment Scheme Circular 0022/2026, suitable Garda Vetting, satisfactory references and standard Department of Education Procedures. Duties will be in line with NCSE guidelines for SNA roles.

Requirements
• Minimum Qualification: QQI Level 6 SNA qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working as part of a team and engaging with the wider school community.
Please Note:
• Due to the high volume of applications, we may only be able to contact shortlisted candidates.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview via email.
• A panel may be formed from these interviews to fill any future positions that may arise during the school year.
