French & English Teacher

Applications are invited from qualified registered teachers for a new French & English Teacher vacancy in Salesian College for the coming academic year 2026-2027. This position is not connected to a job-share or career break.
All candidates must be familiar with the relevant curricula for both subjects.
Written references must be included with the application.

The appointed candidate must be available to start on Tuesday 25th August 2026 for the formal induction programme.

This is a Fixed term contract for 22 hours.

Applications will only be accepted on the formal school application form which is available on the school website.

This application form must be printed and signed by the applicant. Applications must include evidence of Garda Vetting Clearance and Teaching Council Registration along with copies of two recent written references. This position is subject to ratification from the Department of Education.

Provisional date for interviews week beginning 8th June onwards.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The successful candidate must be available for the Induction programme on Tuesday 25th August 2026.
