This position is as a result of a SNA Vacancy for the acdemic year 2026/2027
Applicants should have experience of supporting pupils with complex care needs, sensory needs, challenging behaviours, communication difficulties and intimate care needs. Knowledge and experience of working with children with autism, including in a special class context, is required.
The successful candidate will be expected to display a strong work ethic, flexibility, enthusiasm and responsiveness to the needs of the children. The ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a dedicated team is essential.
The class setting is subject to change on a regular basis at the discretion of the school principal. Duties are as outlined by the Department of Education circulars.

• Minimum qualifications as per DES Circular 0051/2019
• Satisfactory references
• Garda Vetting requirements
• Occupational Health Screening
