The Board of Management of Aghamore N.S., Co. Mayo invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the post of Deputy Principal Teacher, to take effect from 15th June, 2026.
Aghamore N.S. is a Catholic School under the patronage of the Archbishop of Tuam.
Aghamore N.S. is a co-educational, vertical, mainstream school, with 4 class teachers, 2 support teachers and 3 Special Needs Assistants. We also employ a secretary and cleaner.
This position aligns with the four domains of leadership and management as outlined in Circular 0044/2019 and Looking at Our Schools 2022: A Quality Framework for Schools. They identify four key areas of leadership and management and examples of demonstrated capacity will be sought in these domains:
