St. Peter's Community School seeks applications from suitably qualified applicants for the following post which may arise for the school year 2026/2027 subject to the approval of the Department of Education and Skills and subject to compliance with and the satisfactory outcome of the national vetting procedures; permanent Chaplaincy position. Applicants should be registered with the teaching council and hold a relevant qualification or equivalent.

Candidates should be available for interview in early June. Please submit a CV and also a Letter of Application which outlines your suitability to the role and your Teaching and Chaplaincy philosophy.

The ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities will be an advantage.

Registration with the Teaching Council and a Garda Vetting Disclosure will be required for appointment

All appointments are subject to the sanction and approval of the Department of Education and Skills and the post not being required for the redeployment process
