The Board of Management of Crossmolina National School, under the Patronage of Archbishop Francis Duffy of Killala and Tuam, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the permanent position of Administrative Principal Teacher, commencing on August 27th 2026.
The School includes a Special Class for Children with Autism. The current Teaching Staff comprises 1 Administrative Principal, 10 Mainstream Class Teachers, 1 Special Class Teacher, 4 SETs 1 part-time EAL Teacher and 5 SNAs. There is also a part-time School Secretary and a part-time Caretaker.
The roles and responsibilities for the post are set out in the four domains of Leadership and Management as specified in Department of Education Circular 0044/2019, Chapter 4.
