An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be picked up by a taxi at the school in the morning at approx 7.30a.m, travel to the pupil's home to pick them up and accompany them to school for 9.00a.m. The reverse journey will take place in the afternoon at approx 1.30p.m. The escort will be responsible for the safety of the student and will be required to assist them getting into and out of the taxi and securing appropriate seat belts.
Appointment is subject to garda vetting and appropriate character references.
This is a part time position of 3 hours per day ( One and a half hours morning and afternoon)
