Applications are invited from qualified registered teachers of Religious Education and any other subject for a fixed term position in Salesian College - 22 hours for the coming academic year 2026-2027. There is some flexibility on the timetable for other qualified subjects - these applications will also be considered.
Applicants must have a knowledge of the Leaving Certificate and new Junior Cycle curriculum.
Applications will only be accepted on the formal school application form which is available on the school website.
Please post a copy of the application form to the school.
This application form must be printed and signed by the applicant. Applications must include evidence of Garda Vetting Clearance and Teaching Council Registration along with copies of two recent references. This position is subject to ratification from the Department of Education.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Interviews will be scheduled as soon as possible after the closing date.
The successful candidate must be available for the Induction programme , Tuesday 25th August 2026.
